Somerset Lil Bulldogs 2026 Fall Season Football Registration Form
Eligibility: ages 4–11 as of August 1, 2026.

4–5 years old Flag

6–7 years old Tykes

8–9 years old Rookie

10–11 years old Juniors

Registration Fees: (new and returning players) $190 for Flag, $200 for Tackle, plus a $25 TYFA Certification Fee (Certification Fee is payable when the TYFA portal opens during form completion).

The registration fee includes two sets of game jerseys, socks, and a mouthpiece. With a signed agreement, the league will provide tackle helmets and shoulder pads, plus a soft shell helmet for Flag.

Authorization, Disclaimer, Assumption of Risk Waiver, and Consent Agreements
Parental Permission For Emergency Treatment. In the event of an illness or accident, I grant permission for emergency treatment by qualified medical personnel for my child. I authorize the person in charge to transport my child to a medical facility and consent to the facility providing necessary emergency medical care.
Release of Liability. I acknowledge that Football activities may pose risks of injury, death, or illness. I expressly assume these risks and waive the right to pursue any claims against Somerset Lil' Bulldogs and its staff.
Conduct Statement:

As a parent/guardian, I understand that I, my family, and friends are expected to conduct ourselves in a civil manner at all SLB events and functions. This includes refraining from Obscene language, Yelling at referees, coaching staff, or other guests.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or possible removal from the SLB organization upon Board approval.

Fundraisers:

I understand that each player is required to participate in one mandatory fundraiser. Failure to fulfill the entire amount may result in my child not receiving a trophy, finishing the season, participating in playoffs, All-Stars, or end-of-season festivities.

Volunteer Requirements:

If I am not a certified coach or team parent, I must provide 2 volunteer hours of concessions, setup, or cleanup. Alternatively, SLB accepts a $50 alternative fee per hour. Failure to participate may result in my child not being allowed to finish the season.

Photos:

I grant the Somerset Lil' Bulldogs permission to take photos of my child for website and event purposes.

Refund Policy:

NO REFUNDS will be given. Full payment must be made at the time of registration.

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, have read and agree to the above conditions. By signing below, I acknowledge that I and the above-named player have given up substantial rights, granting permission for participation in the Somerset Lil' Bulldogs Football programs.

I understand that all coaches and team parents are volunteers. I agree to follow and abide by all rules and regulations provided to me.
