This form is strictly for children’s birthday party reservations. All slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to availability.

After submitting the form, our team will get back to you via email during office hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please note that your booking will only be confirmed upon full payment within the given deadline.
If payment is not received in time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Appointment Booking:

All appointments are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Each booking slot is 2 hours, with a minimum of 20 pax required.

📝 Booking Policy
- Combining multiple party packages within a single slot is not applicable.
- Appointments can be booked up to 6 months in advance.
- A 1-week blackout period applies prior to your desired booking date.
- All bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
- Requests to reschedule must be submitted via your registered email at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
- ❌ No-shows or late notifications will result in the package being non-refundable and non-transferable

Party Exclusive Buffet gameplay is valid for up to 40 minutes or more, depending on your selected package. Once the timer starts, it cannot be paused or extend timing.
