This form is to be completed by Fellows who have agreed to support a nomination for Honorary Fellowship, Honorary Membership or Member by Distinction
Nominations for Honorary Fellowship, Honorary Membership or Member by Distinction are required to have a seconder who supports the nomination. The seconder must be an FPM Fellow who is in good standing.
