  • Hello

Thank you for your interest in applying to trade at Wildwood Festival 2026.

We are looking for the most exciting, creative and delicious independent festival food traders to join our woodland party. We love supporting new and independent businesses, and are especially keen to support traders local to the festival site and in the surrounding area.

Our aim is to ensure that everything we install onsite compliments the aesthetics of both the festival and its incredible woodland setting so we'd love to see applications from brilliant and unique looking set ups. Attention to detail and passion are very important to us and we want every pitch to stand out and offer something special.

What some of our artists think of the festival:

Erol Alkan – “One of the highlights of my year, I’m honoured to have been part of it”

Gina Breeze – “Wild Wood Disco is a hidden gem that beautifully combines an eclectic mix of music with a lovely diverse crowd in the most magical of settings. So much love is poured into the organisation, programming, and production of this festival. Both times I have played here, it has been so much fun & one of my highlights of the year! Hope to come back soon for more adventures in the woods”

Heidi Lawden – “when I first arrived at Wildwood I knew we were in for something unique. The setting, the nooks and cranny’s to explore and goes without saying the fantastic various stages, impeccably programmed with enough sound and lights to loose yourself in. By the last night we’d found a tent you had to enter through an actual fridge freezer. I felt like Alice in a literal wonderland – I really hope to return soon”

    *Useful Info*
The festival will run from Friday 19th June - Sunday 21st June 2026 at our beautiful woodland home just outside of Cambridge. The site address is The Woodland Glade, Horseheath Racecourse, Linton, Cambs, CB21 4QP and the onsite capacity is around 2500 people. Successful applicants will need to be onsite no later than Thursday 18th June and will be able to leave site on Monday 22nd June - all traders must remain onsite throughout the whole duration of the event (access/egress times and trading times will be confirmed closer to the time).

The deadline for us to receive applications will be Friday January 30th and offers will be sent out W/C 2nd March 2026.

If you are unable to fill in any of the required questions at this stage please write 'TBA' in the box to allow you to continue through the form (or select a choice/date if it's multiple choice) - you will be able to save your form progress and return to it, but in order for your application to be considered you will need to fully complete each section. Make sure you are submitting documents in the required formats for each section - google can easily show you how to save things as pdfs or reduce file sizes if the form will not allow you to progress.

Please note - this form is for food traders only. If you would like to apply to get involved in any other aspect of festival please head to The Wildwood Festival website here and find the relevant links.

Restrictions will apply to certain offerings and services that we already have onsite (ie phone charging/cash back/selling alcohol) and you may be asked not to sell certain items if you are offered a pitch. We are not looking for any applications to sell alcohol, and any applications for this will be discounted.

Pitch Fees will be confirmed with successful offers - all traders will need a payment device that can provide daily revenue reports.

Thanks so much for applying, we cant wait to hear from you!
