These in-person sessions simply involve being in a more social setting while you complete the survey! It means you can chat to peers, ask questions to clarify meanings, discuss your answers with peers and the community, and enjoy drinks and nibbles while you do it. You can come at any time and are not required to stay for the entire time - but the survey must be completed in one go. (It takes under one hour to complete).
