This form will help you register for either the DOHaD Summer Course, the US DOHaD Annual Meeting, or both! See the chart below for each event's cost breakdown and eligibility (note: Trainee status includes undergraduate, postbaccalaureate, graduate, and medical students, post-doctoral fellows, residents, and early career faculty members/investigators).
