Drinking Cups
The Primary will be provided with a Souvenir cup on arrival date. Other guests will get disposable cups for their alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks.
By Sea Transfers and Tours Refund Policy
Once any pre-paid service is scheduled, deposit or full payment made, there is no refund for any reason other than terms listed in agreement and listed at “By Sea” website. The non-refund policy is due to limited reserved seating on each airport to hotel, or hotel to airport transfer.
In the event the airline is canceled, at no fault of the guest(s), By Sea Transfer and Tours will pride full credit for another date. Guest will notify By Sea Transfer and Tours customer service through WhatsApp with By Sea representative Dylan Devaux available at WhatsApp number +1 (758) 484-9621
Hotel Pickup and Transfer to Airport:
By Sea Transfers and Tours does not arrange pickup at any resort for return service to the airport. If guest is staying at a resort that does not have a boat dock, By Sea transfers and Tours will provide instructions to guest(s) about where and what time guest must arrive for pickup at a marina or location where pickup service is provided. If guest does not arrive at the pickup location at the time designated By Sea Transfers and Tours will not wait and depart without guest with the guest responsible for finding another airport transfer service. Guest must understand that service cannot be delayed by assuring other guests using the airport transfer service arrive at the airport at the designated time listed in the service agreement. There and no refund available for missing pickup time. Guest(s) should have all luggage and persons at the designated pickup spot 15 minutes prior to scheduled time. There is no rescheduling or refunds
Weather and act of God Exceptions:
In the event weather conditions or speedboat last minute maintenance prevent scheduled service then all guests will receive full refund to include help arranging other transfer options. If round trip transfers were purchased, but weather caused one-way to be canceled, then that one-way will be refunded, but the other scheduled service will remain as listed on the itinerary. Such cancelation is determined by the Captain and concierge assigned to the service with guest notified by WhatsApp call or text.
Notifications:
In this registration process the main paying guest will provide email, cell phone number, and recommend the guest to download a mobile application called “WhatsApp” for communication during the trip. This form is the final contract and once payment is made you are confirmed and will receive WhatsApp notification 24/36 hours prior to arrival. It is your responsibility to set up WhatsApp and contact with Dylan at +1 (758) 484-9621
Weather, Rain, and Souvenir Cup
In the event rain restrict service By Sea will work to provide client ground transfers and apply By Sea service payment to referred ground service and issue refund of balance after trip is completed. It is highly recommended to bring waterproof gear such as poncho, or light rainwear, as it can rain anytime while on the speedboat and while on the island. By Sea does not provide any rain proof clothing during transfers and it’s the responsibility for all guest to prepare for any rain while in St. Lucia.
I agree to all terms related to this contracted airport transfers and tour agreement. I agree to non-refundable deposit payable to By Sea Transfers and Tours parent company Travel and Business Solutions LLC with final payment paid upon arrival at airport by USD cash or by Credit card with Visa or MasterCard to By Sea Transfers and Tours a St Lucia company. I understand I will be emailed and text a secure link for deposit payment. Once deposit is processed this is the FINAL conformation and notification with all correspondence conducted by WhatsApp with in-country By Sea Operations.
