Baptismal Registration Form

Baptism is a sacrament of the new life we receive in Christ and a joyful celebration of Baptism takes commitment from parents, godparents, and our entire community. Parents seeking to have their child baptized are invited to become registered members of the parish and participate in Baptismal preparation. Preparation classes are held on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 11:45 am. in the Community Room.

SPONSOR INFORMATION

A sponsor for baptism must be a practicing Catholic because their role is to help guide the baptized person in the Catholic faith. They must be a confirmed Catholic who regularly practices the faith and can serve as a spiritual role model. This is required by Church law to ensure the sponsor can genuinely support the child’s growth in the Catholic Church. A non-Catholic may serve only as a Christian witness, alongside a Catholic sponsor.
