Reborn Ranch Camp Application

Important Information:

Only 20 spots are available, processed on a first-come, first-served basis. While Reborn Ranch operates on this basis, we reserve the right to select campers to ensure alignment with camp values and mission. The remaining applicants will be placed on a waiting list.

Applicants must commit to the full two-week camp duration. With limited spots and significant interest, it is important that we prioritize applicants who are able to stay for the entire camp duration. If you cannot commit to the two-week period, we kindly ask that you do not apply.

Camp Cost- The camp operates completely on a free-will donation basis. If you feel led to give, donations should be made payable to: Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa with 'Reborn Ranch Special Project Fund' in the memo line and mailed to: Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa 3117 Greenhill Cir, Cedar Falls, IA 50613.

Confirmation Emails: will be sent initially once accepted, followed by an acceptance letter containing detailed information for attending camp and health forms. This medical form must be completed and submitted prior to attending camp.

Location: Reborn Ranch is located in Hampton Iowa. We have 2 hotels locally: Americinn, and Hampton Motel. We are 1hr and 39 minutes from the Des Moines International Airport and 2 hr 25 minutes from the Minneapolis airport. We also have a small municipal Mason City Municipal Airport which is 35 minutes away. If you need arrangements for pickup from those airports please let us know.

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your camper registration, please notify us as soon as possible. Due to the limited number of spots available, cancellations should be communicated to rebornranch.camp@gmail.com at least 14 days before the camp start date to allow for waitlisted applicants to be contacted. Failure to notify within this time frame may affect your camper's eligibility to participate in future sessions, as we aim to ensure all applicants have a fair opportunity to attend.
