Preferred Vendor Open House Application
Thank you for your interest in the Venue Vendor Open House at Willow Tree Farms.

Requirements:
- Submit your COI (bar tenders and caterers) with your application.
- You commit to staying for the entire four hour event. Early break downs and no shows will be an automatic non-invitation and removal from preferred vendor list by the venue and the event host.
- VALL Non-Preferred Vendors are required to pay a $100 nonrefundable fee.
- Each vendor is provided a table and a chair.
- Vendor set up time is from 9-11:30 am; vendors must be set up by 11:30am.
- Each vendor must provide a giveaway for the door prizes and a coupon for each bride.
- Vendors are expected to share the event on social media tagging both the Venue and Complete Weddings and Events -- Facebook: WillowTreeFarms and Complete Weddings and Events IG: @WillowTreeFarms and @completenorthgeorgia
