1) Winners must agree to submit to a polygraph examination upon request, which will be administered by an independent party following the weigh in. All decisions based upon results of the polygraph are final. 2) In the event of a negative test results the team will be immediately disqualified and the next highest weight will be advanced accordingly 3) Prize money will be awarded based two day total combined weight per boat, any ties will be divided 4) No jet drive boats allowed in this event. 5) Guaranteed Payout 13,000 First Place, 2,500 Second Place, 1500 Third Place, 1,000 Fourth Place, 800 Fifth Place, 700 Sixth Place, 600 7th place,500 Eighth Place, 500 Ninth Place, 500 Tenth Place, 11th through 20th place 400, 21st through 30th place 300. $1,000 big fish sponsored by Jeremy Gordon. 6) Largemouth Bass 12”, Spotted Bass 12” Smallmouth 15” (can be 5 smallmouth). Subject to change if regulations change. 7) All boats must be checked in with tournament officials at there assigned time (no later) at the site designated area Dandridge Ramp. Mandatory Check In. Fish will not be checked in if you do not check with officials. 8) Weigh in time will be verified at mandatory pre-tournament meeting. The meeting is May 2nd at 6PM at the Field of Dreams. At least one angler from a team must be present. 9) Field limited to 250 boats. 10) Fish will not be allowed weighed in that are mangled/bruised. 11) Weight in time will be verified when Anglers check in. 12) All fished measured mouth closed, tail fanned or pinched. 13) All boats must be equipped with operating live well prior to start. 14) Five (5) fish creel limit per boat.15) Artificial baits onlyl 16) No trolling allowed– Maximum rod length 8 foot. 17) Starting times will be declared by a draw at the pre-tournament meeting. 18) Late boat check in one (1) pound per minute. 19) Both anglers must be 16 years of age, parental consent required. 20) Fishing not permitted 50 yards from another Angler 21) All Anglers must wear life jacket and kill switch any time big engine is running. 22) All boats must have operating kill switch. 23) One pound penalty and loss of fish fo a short fish. 24) 6 oz penalty for dead fish 25) No dead fish will be accepted for big Fish 26) Any protests must be lodged in writing 30 minutes before weigh in. 27) Boats must be fully insured, with information provided below.

In consideration for receiving permission to participate in the Casting for Kids Bass Tournament on May 3 2025, I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Casting for Kids, Big Sandy Shrine Club , El Ha-sa Temple, its officers, servants, agents, and all sponsors (hereinafter referred to as "releasees") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the releases, or otherwise, while participating in the tournament, or while in, on or upon the premises where the tournament is being conducted, while in transit to or from the premises, or in any place or places connected with the tournament. I am fully aware of risks and hazards connected with being on the premises and participating in the tournament, and I am fully aware that there may be risks and hazards unknown to me connected with being on the premises and participating in the tournament, and I hereby elect to voluntarily participate in the tournament, to enter upon the tournament premises and engage in activities knowing that conditions may be hazardous, or may become hazardous or dangerous to me and my property. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage or personal injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or any loss or damage to property owned by me, as a result of my being a participant in the tournament, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise. This waiver shall be binding on my heirs and assigns in the event of my death or disability. I further agree to hold harmless and indemnify the releases listed above for any loss associated with my actions during this event.
