Thank you for registering for the accessible viewing area at West End LIVE in Trafalgar Square on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 June 2026.
We request a Nimbus Access Card or free West End LIVE Digital Access Pass to register for tickets to the accessible viewing area. It's free to register at West End LIVE digital access pass.
It's important you submit your name exactly as it appears on your Access Card or Pass. This enables us to validate your card and enter you into the ballot.
The viewing area is available to guests with the following symbols:
- Audible information
- Both difficulty standing and distance symbols together
- Level access
- Visual information.
For those who are unable to engage in the Access Registration process, please email westendlive@westminster.gov.uk and we will endeavour to support you to participate in West End Live 2026
Registering does not guarantee a ticket. If more people apply than capacity, spaces will be allocated via a ballot.
If you are allocated a space in the accessble viewing area, we will be in touch by email within 7 days of the closing date of Friday 10 April to let you know.
You will be sent a wristband in the post on week beginning Monday 8 June to bring with you on the day.
Spaces are limited to one per person unless you have the essential companion(s) symbol on your Access Pass. If you are aged 16 or under, you will be given an extra space for a parent or guardian.
The accessible viewing area will be located on the North Terrace in front of the National Gallery, which is in a raised position with a direct view of the stage and BSL interpreters (stage left).
Please let us know if you have any questions by emailing westendlive@westminster.gov.uk or writing to West End LIVE, City Promotions, Events & Filming, 13th floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP.
