Electricity Provision:
Basic generator-powered electricity will be available to supply lighting.
Liability Waiver and Event Participation Agreement:
By participating in this event, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and hold harmless PRIDE Cape Coral, Inc. and the City of Cape Coral from any claims or causes of action for damages or personal injury sustained during my participation. This waiver applies to both known and unknown risks. I acknowledge that I voluntarily assume all responsibility for any damage or injury to my person or property that may occur during the event.
In the event of injury or illness, I authorize PRIDE Cape Coral staff and/or City of Cape Coral employees to exercise discretion in arranging transportation to a medical facility, and I accept full responsibility for any associated costs.
I understand that PRIDE Cape Coral reserves the right to deny this application and to regulate the items I may display at the event. Additionally, I grant permission for the use of any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional, publicity, or news purposes.
