Identity Application Form 2025
Use this form to submit your artwork for consideration for the Identity exhibition, June - July 2025. *PLEASE NOTE the InterUrban ArtHouse takes a 30% commission of all exhibition sales*Pieces that we have previously shown will be considered ineligible. This form can be edited until May 24th, 2025, afterwards changes to work information (title, size, price, etc) will not be accepted. After you hit save you will receive a confirmation email with a button for the option to edit the form. You must hit save every time you edit the form. TIMELINE: Deadline to apply: April 20th, 2025 | Notification of acceptance by May 7th, 2025 | Art Drop Off: May 30th and 31st, 2025 | Opening Reception: June 20th, 2025 | Second Reception: July 18th, 2025 | Art Pick Up: May 30th, 2025.
