The Egyptian Art Residency & Retreat offers Galleri SoHo members an exclusive opportunity to create, explore, and exhibit in a culturally rich and inspiring environment. Designed for emerging and professional artists, the program integrates:

📜 Terms & Conditions
1. Program Overview
Galleri SoHo organizes an exclusive art residency for its members, offering a unique opportunity to create, explore, and exhibit in a culturally rich environment.

By applying and participating in this residency, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Residency Fee & Inclusions
The participation fee (€700) covers essential services to enhance the residency and exhibition experience, including:

✔ Accommodation: Private en-suite room
✔ Shared Studio/Workspace: 24/7 access
✔ Shared Common Areas & Facilities
✔ Two (2) Fully Covered Cultural Trips of Your Choice, including:

Transportation
Museum Tickets
Guided Tour
Complimentary Dinner
✔ Exhibition Participation: Showcase the work created during the residency
✔ Opening Event (Vernissage) for the exhibition

3. Artist Responsibilities
The Artist is responsible for the following costs and arrangements:

✈ Flight tickets & transportation to Egypt
🍽 Food, groceries & personal necessities
🎨 Art materials & supplies (unless otherwise stated)
🖼 Pickup of artwork after the exhibition: The Artist must collect their work within one (1) week after the exhibition ends.
If not collected, the work will become the property of Galleri SoHo unless otherwise arranged.

4. Sales Commission & Discounts
🏷 Galleri SoHo charges a 15% commission on all artwork sold during the residency exhibition.
🎨 Home Artists (artists who have previously participated in a Galleri SoHo program) receive a 10% discount on future residencies.

5. Payment & Refund Policy
💳 To confirm your spot, the Artist must pay:
✅ 10% deposit (€70) upfront
✅ Remaining balance due written in the invoice
🔄 The deposit is non-refundable unless Galleri SoHo cancels the program.

6. Cancellation & Force Majeure
🌍 In case of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, or travel restrictions), Galleri SoHo may reschedule the residency.
If Galleri SoHo cancels the program, participants will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

7. Liability
Galleri SoHo and its partners are not liable for:

Any personal injury, illness, or accidents occurring during the residency.
Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or artwork.
Any travel disruptions or costs due to visa issues, flight cancellations, or other external factors.
Artists are advised to arrange travel insurance for their stay.
