  • PART VIII - Application Submission

    I/We understand that upon receipt of this application, the ACAC may conduct a routine investigation of the company’s business reputation (if apply for Corporate Membership) and/or personal credit ratings. Results of these investigations are considered prior to a vote on the application by the ACAC Board of Directors. If accepted into membership, and as a condition for continuing membership in the ACAC, I/we agree to be bound by the Association By-laws and Code of Business Practices as well as all Association Rules and Regulations that have been, are or will be adopted by the ACAC for members.
