Pre-Entries close - Apr 25, 2025 at 12:00pm CST
This form is to be used for only people wanting to pay online. If Paypal payment is not received with this form, your entry will not be accepted. All mail & email entries must use the download the form and mail the completed form with payment.

PAYMENT IS MADE AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THIS FORM.

There are 2 trials per day. Pre-Entries is $25.00 +$1.50 (Paypal fee) - Day of Show ($30.00) + $1.50 (Paypal fee) entries WILL BE accepted ONLY if each trial is NOT full.

Limited to 150 dogs per trial (pre-entries).

Day of Show will be accepted ONLY from 2pm to 3pm each day. You will run AFTER all pre-entries have completed their runs.

PLEASE NOTE THAT TRIALS ON EACH DAY WILL RUN CONCURRENTLY. You will be emailed AFTER the trial closes to the time you will run. If you have entered both runs for the same day, you will run BOTH of those runs within your 1 hour time slot. If you have multiple dogs, you will be limited to 2 dogs per time slot.

TIME SLOTS: Times slots will be determined in this order. 1. Brachycephalic dogs. 2. Dogs of same breed 3. Multiple dogs per handler/releaser. 4. Dogs entered for the whole event. All other entries will be filled in the remaining time slots.

DPCD has the right to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient.

EACH RUN IS LIMITED TO 150 Pre Entries !!!!

Day of Show entries will be accepted from 2pm to 3pm (Sat & Sun)

Refunds wll be made only before the trial closes on 4/25/25. Paypal fees are NOT refundable. NO refunds will be made after the trial closes without a vet letter on 4/25/25. Vet letter must be received before the conclusion of the event on 5/4/25.

Entries will be First Received. Several spots will be held for volunteers
