Safety and Liability Agreement

Volunteer Agreement
I understand that my participation at the Islamic Community Centre of Milton (ICCM) is voluntary. I am solely responsible for my safety and insurance during all ICCM-related activities, including events and collaborations. I release ICCM from any liability for injuries or damages incurred while volunteering.

Confidentiality Agreement
As a volunteer, I may access sensitive information about ICCM, its members, and operations. I agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and not disclose it without ICCM’s written consent. This obligation continues after my volunteer role ends.
Any work or materials I create for ICCM become ICCM’s exclusive property. I will not represent ICCM publicly without written authorization.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that becomes public through no fault of mine or is lawfully obtained from a third party.
