Event Details:

 📅 Dates: 3rd-4th-5th-6th April 2026 (Friday – Monday)

⏰ Trading Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily

📍 Location: Newcastle Racecourse 

Important Information:

• Attendance is required for all four days – single-day participation is not permitted.

• Full payment is required to secure your site by the invoice due date (sent upon approval).

• Failure to make payment by the due date will result in forfeiture of your site.

• Upon approval, you will receive an invoice along. Following payment bump-in details and the event site map will be sent closer to the event date.
