Disclaimer: The Caps in the Air Graduation Fair reserves the right to refuse any vendor application at their discretion. Should this occur, the registration fee will be refunded immediately. The vendor shall hold harmless the Caps in the Air Graduation Fair, the Minnetonka High School and all respective agents, staff, volunteers and sponsors from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise before, during, or after the event. Booths are not insured by the Caps in the Air Graduation Fair, the Minnetonka High School or any sponsoring agents. Any vendor not holding valid liability insurance exhibits at their own risk and liability.
