Hello! Thank-you for your interest in covering our BeeTv33 Awards Show! You will be a very important extension of the BeeTv 33 Awards Show. Mangement has established the following policies reguarding media credentials.
1.) MEDIA CREDENTIALS ARE NOT TICKETS TO THE BeeTV AWARDS EVENT. There are no seats for media in the actual event venue. If available, Media seating will be in a specially designated viewing area.
2.) You will be notified via email of your acceptance of Media Coverage for the Event. Media credentials will be distributed at the event upon your arrival. Please arrive at least 45 mins prior to the event for set-up and to view the lay of the Yellow Carpet area. If you are selected, you will be able to set-up 1 hour prior and pick up your media passes!
3.) Media Credentials are non-transferable, and may only be picked up by the individual to which the credential is assigned. Photo identification must be shown at time of credential pick-up.
4.) All media members must exhibit appropriate professional behavior at all
times and comply with event coverage rules that will be emailed and given to you at the pick-up of your Credentials.
5.) BeeTV Network will request that you send your coverage of the event within 72 hours post event to be considered to BeeTV aired on BeeTV Network
