    Date:        Sunday, March 22, 2026

    Time:      10 am to 2 pm 

    Location:   Heffley Creek Hall

                    6995 Old Hwy 5

                    Kamloops

     Tables/chair(s) are provided:

    8' table or space for current hall members = $30

    8' table or space for non hall member = $35

    (1-year Hall membership = $10 and saves $5 off each vendor space)

     

     

      Please wait for acceptance notification before sending funds

     

    There MAY be optional set up on Saturday afternoon - you will be informed closer to the date.

    · Tables inside are provided, preassigned and must not be moved without authorization; wall space is limited and goes fast

    - ALL racks MUST be pre-approved at booking

    · You must bring own tablecloth & extension cord

    - You MUST be inside & setting up by 8.00am or your table will be reassigned at 8:30am; anyone packing up before 2pm will not be invited back 

    - Vendor instructions are sent out a week prior to event

    Options for vendor pre-payment (once approved to send funds):

    1. Send an etransfer to HeffleyCreekHallRentals@gmail.com (Please use ONLY the password "Heffley"); comment with the Name of event and vendor info (if payment name is different)

    2. Leave cash/check at the Heffley Creek Store in an envelope with your name on it addressed to Heffley Hall and notify Deb it has been left

    3. Mail a check (made out to HCCRA) to HCCRA, 6995 Old Hwy 5, Kamloops, BC, V2H 0B5 and notify me via email to HeffleyCreekHall@gmail.com that you have done so.
