Tables/chair(s) are provided

8' table or space for current hall members = $30

8' table or space for non hall member = $35

(1-year Hall membership = $10 and saves $5 off each vendor space if approved)

 

Set up options are:

Friday, Oct 9 @ 3-5pm OR Sat @ 8am

 

- Tables inside are provided, preassigned and cannot be moved without authorization; wall space is limited 

- ALL racks MUST be pre-approved at booking

- Tables will be reassigned Saturday at 8:30am; anyone packing up before 2pm will not be invited back 

- Vendor instructions are sent out a week prior to event
