    Our mission is to build and nurture an open community for Pickleball players of all ages and abilities who play on public courts in Palo Alto.

    Palo Alto/East Palo Alto Residents (includes youths ≤ 18):

    • 1 Adult - $30 ($15 after July 1)
    • 2 Adults - $60 ($30 after July 1)

    Non-Residents:

    • 1 Adult (no youths included) - $70 ($35 after July 1)
    • 1 or 2 Adults (includes youths ≤ 18) - $140 ($70 after July 1)

    If you go by a different name than your first name, please indicate it in parentheses after your first name. For example, if your first name is "Benjamin," but you go by "Ben," enter "Benjamin (Ben)" as your first name.
  • Residency

    Our partnership with the City of Palo Alto requires us to know where our Members reside.
  • Emergency Contact

    Due to the risks involved in any physical activity, it is important for us to have an emergency contact on file for your Membership.
  • Non-Resident Memberships

    These options are for applicants who do *not* reside in Palo Alto.

    These options are for applicants who reside in Palo Alto/East Palo Alto.

    The Membership you selected includes a 2nd adult Member in your household.
  • Youth Membership

    Fill out this section if you are including youths ≤18 in your Membership.

    • Use one line per youth.
    • Their first name (or the name they go by, if provided) will be printed on their Club name tag.

  • PAPC Waiver and Release

         In consideration of participation in a class, clinic, or activity offered by the Palo Alto Pickleball Club (the “Club”) I agree to indemnify and hold the Club harmless and hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all claims for loss or damage, for death, personal injury, bodily injury, or property damage which I may have or which hereinafter may accrue to me against the Club, its officers, agents, members, and volunteers for any liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in this class, clinic, or activity (defined as the playing of and/or watching Pickleball), even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person or entities mentioned above.

         I understand that accidents and injuries can arise from participation in this class or activity; knowing the risks, nevertheless, I hereby agree to assume those risks on behalf of myself, my heirs, and assigns and to release and hold harmless all of the persons or entities mentioned above who (through negligence or carelessness) might otherwise be liable to me (or my heirs or assigns) for damages. Among other things, I acknowledge that there is no guarantee that the courts, equipment, and playing surfaces are maintained to any particular standard, and that it is solely my responsibility to ensure that the courts, equipment, and playing surfaces are safe and not likely to cause me any injury or damage. Further, I understand that the Club, its officers, agents, members, and volunteers, are not responsible for the personal property of the participants in the class, clinic, or activity. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release, and assumption of risks has been freely entered into and is to be binding on me and on my heirs and assigns.

         In addition, I give permission to the Club to use my or my child's/childrens' photograph or likeness for promotional use in any Club-related media.
