Rules of Engagement 1.Members must come to class HYDRATED. Extremely important as we have seen what happens when fighters are dehydrated and you are going to be working HARD 2. We want members who commit to both classes each week – numbers will be limited so we want everyone on board twice a week. There will likely be people who missed out on a spot so make sure you WANT to be there. 3.Drive slowly in carpark please. Respect the other tenants. No hanging around in carpark after class, keep respectful and quiet when outside of the gym and leaving the unit eg; no swearing/yelling. 4.If there is a class after your class move out as soon as you can so they can get started 5. Please DO NOT leave gloves, equipment, belongings etc lying around, keep it in your bag in the bag area. Take all your stuff with you. 6.Please place equipment back to its rightful place . 7. Equipment must not be removed from the premises. 8. Entering these premises is at your own risk and Kings Boxing Gym will not be held responsible for loss or injury. 9.For sparring, all users must wear 16oz gloves (kids 12 oz Gloves), headgear and mouth guard, and is only permitted under supervision by trainers. 10. All members must fill in info sheet with emergency contact, any valid health info and waiver prior to first class 11.Follow Coaches instructions at all times. 12. Footwear (sneakers or boxing boots) must be worn in the gym and must be clean. *

Non Members (including parents) are asked to leave during class time. We do not have enough room for an audience, there are safety hazards for small children, it's distracting for the participants and the trainers. Some members may not feel comfortable being watched while they are learning. Parents may stop in from time to time in the last part of the class to see progress if they want. *
