Most proposals will require one of my paid Service Packages. If you’re not quite ready to commit to a planning fee, feel free to reach out when the time is right.

What is your approximate budget for the pre booked travel arrangements? This is important, so that I can make sure your budget matches your expectations. Total amount for all people travelling. Estimated Daily Budgets (4 Star Travel) - Europe $400–$650 AUD per person. Bali $200–$300 AUD per person. Thailand $275–$400 AUD per person. Japan $425–$650 AUD per person. Fiji $375–$550 AUD per person Approx budgets include flights, 4 star accommodation, and some touring/activities. Actual costs may vary based on several factors, including the standard of accommodation, class of travel, season of travel (peak/off-peak), availability, and how far in advance you book.*

Tailored Itinerary: A personalised proposal based on your travel style and budget, with two rounds of revisions.

Full Trip Management: I handle flights, accommodation, transfers, tours, and more — so everything is coordinated for you.

VIP Hotel Perks: Enjoy upgrades, daily breakfast, late check-out, and up to $100 in hotel credit at select luxury properties.

Pre-Departure Prep: Entry requirements, visa details, and travel tips provided so you’re ready to go.

Ongoing Support: Email support available before, during, and after your trip.

Trips App Access: Your itinerary and booking details, all in one easy-to-use app.

Optional Call: A pre-trip call is available if you’d like to go over your plans.

Why is there a planning fee?
A one-time service fee (starting from $175) covers the research, planning, and expert coordination that goes into crafting your custom itinerary. This allows me to deliver added value through exclusive perks, handpicked options, and smart use of your budget.

Group trip pricing (10+ adults) on request.

Fee is separate to your travel bookings and is non-refundable.
