Early Bird Retreat Application
Our retreats are intentionally curated experiences - a chance for you to finally exhale. We schedule discovery calls with all interested applicants as a part of the on-boarding process. This is a chance to get all of your questions answered, and ensure this experience is right for you! We will reach out to schedule your discovery call once we receive this completed application.

"Connect & Reset" Retreats are more than a trip or vacation. Our retreats are best suited for those looking to prioritize personal growth, inward reflection, mindfulness, rest, and meaningful connection with others on similar paths. You are encouraged to come into this with an open mind and open heart. You will gain from the experience what you are willing to put into it, and what you are open to receiving.

THINGS TO KNOW:
- Retreat pricing includes your accommodations for 6 days/5 nights, all meals each day and all advertised activities and workshops. It also includes roundtrip shuttle transportation to/from Denver airport. It DOES NOT include flight costs or travel insurance. Any additional voluntary expenses, such as outside food, services, or travel plans are at your own cost and organization.
- Travel insurance is not included, but highly recommended to protect your investment in this trip. It may cover unexpected events that prevent you from attending last minute, such as injury, illness, weather, disasters, etc.
- While we strive to accept and include all requests and participants, retreat participant spaces and accommodations are limited to eight (8) members, and are based on first come-first served basis. Retreat participant spots cannot be guaranteed or held for those who have not yet secured payment.
- Any and all payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. You will receive a separate agreement outlining the terms of your chosen payment plan. Please note that there is a 2.9% processing fee associated with credit and debit card transactions. Direct payment options may also be available without fees.

After we receive this completed application from you, we will reach out to schedule your discovery/on-boarding call! We will get all of your questions answered and talk other important details! Deposit is due within one week of this approved application.
