What To Expect

Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the shoot. Accepted payment methods include cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal. Unfortunately, credit cards are not accepted due to high transaction fees.

Photo Editing & Delivery
- All photos are fully edited and retouched for a polished final result.
- Photos are optimized for fast online viewing and MLS compatibility.
- Smaller rooms are typically captured with a single angle, while kitchens, living rooms, and larger spaces usually feature multiple angles. However, some exceptions may apply.
- Depending on the property size, you will receive approximately 12 to 50 photos.
- Drone photos are included for all residential properties.
Turnaround Time
- In most cases, photos are delivered the same day.
- Delivery is guaranteed within 48 hours.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Fees apply in the following situations
  - Unable to access the property or contact anyone upon arrival: $30
  - Waiting for the homeowner or realtor to clean or rearrange after arrival: $25–$40
  - Last-minute cancellation: $20

- Once you complete the full version of this form, a simplified version will be provided for future listings.
