Fees - $200 (+$25 - for an additional 10')
Electricity and water are supplied. Please bring water hoses and extension cords (100ft cords recommended).
A menu indicating all items you plan to sell is required to process and approve your application. If a menu does not accompany your application, the Farmerville Jaycees reserve the right to process other applications and will not hold your space.

Ban items per Union Parish Police Department - (silly string, stink bombs, toy guns, shirts with nudity or profanity, and fake cigarettes).

A submission of application does not guarantee a spot at the festival. Once you complete the application process and are approved, the Farmerville Jaycees will send you an invoice via email. Once you are invoiced, you have two weeks to submit payment and reserve a check-in time or your appilication will be moved to the waitlist. Please remit payment through online payment options. The processing of your payment will secure your spot and a confirmation letter will follow via email.
Refunds for application fees are non-refundable without exception.
Farmerville Jaycees reserve the right to duplicate vendors.
Please be informed that a $100 no-show fee per day will be applicable for accepted food vendors, and a $50 per day fee for informational/arts and crafts vendors who do not attend. All card information will be securely stored via Square. By completing the form and securing your spot, you acknowledge understanding of the no-show policy, which will be enforced if you choose not to attend. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
