  • 2026 Vendor Application Timeline

    Applications Open: Saturday, January 17th
    Notification of Status (Accepted, Denied, or Waitlisted): Saturday, March 14th
    Vendor Fees Due: Tuesday, March 31st


    Food Vendors
    Sale Times:
    Friday: 6 PM – Midnight
    Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM
    Attendance is required for both Friday and Saturday.

    Booth Size: 10’ x 30’
    Fees: $300 (+$25 for each additional 10 ft.)

    Electricity and water will be provided. Vendors should bring their own water hoses and extension cords (100 ft cords are recommended).

    A menu listing all food items you plan to sell must be submitted with your application for approval. Applications submitted without a menu will not be processed, and your space will not be held.

    Arts & Crafts / Informational Vendors
    Sale Times:
    Friday: 6 PM – 10 PM
    Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM

    Booth Sizes & Fees
    All booths are 10’ x 10’. Pricing varies by location:

    Section 1 – Courthouse Square & Surrounding Areas

    $60 (Friday or Saturday only)
    $120 (Friday and Saturday)


    Section 2 – East Jackson (Side Street)

    $40 (Friday or Saturday only)
    $80 (Friday and Saturday)


    Electricity: Provided. Vendors must supply their own extension cords (100 ft cords recommended).

    Prohibited Items:
    Per Union Parish Police Department regulations, the following items are not allowed: silly string, stink bombs, toy guns, shirts with nudity or profanity, or fake cigarettes.

    A $10 non-refundable application fee will be required upon submission. Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot at the festival.

    Once approved, the Farmerville Jaycees will send an invoice via email. Vendor payment must be made online, and your spot is confirmed once payment is processed. A confirmation letter will then follow via email.

    Refund Policy:
    All application and vendor fees are non-refundable without exception. The Farmerville Jaycees reserve the right to duplicate vendors.

    No-Show Policy:

    Food Vendors: $100 per day

    Arts & Crafts / Informational Vendors: $50 per day


    Card information will be securely stored via Square. By submitting your application and securing your space, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
