Ground Rules

The 28 Days of Loving Yourself Challenge is more than just a 4-week challenge. It's part of a Community of women who are committed to their ongoing personal and professional growth.

To maximize the effectiveness and your enjoyment of participating in this program and Community, we have the following Ground Rules:
- I understand that the information I share in this form and during the 28-day challenge will be kept confidential. I also agree to respect the privacy of other participants and will not share their names, stories, or personal information outside of this group.
- I will not sell anything to the Coach and other participants in this program or the Community unless it's a time that has been set aside for marketing.
- I will also not entice Community members to join other programs, pyramid schemes, network marketing opportunities or other avenues where I stand to gain a commission by signing up or recruiting new members.
- I will arrive for the Q&A Calls on time and be ready to begin at the designated start time.
- I will make my participation in the Q&A Calls and WhatsApp group a high priority because I realize that I will only get out of this program and Community what I put into it.
- I will be fully present for each Q&A Call and will not multitask or allow myself to be distracted.
- I will turn off my cell phone during the Q&A Calls.
- I will treat other participants with respect and courtesy, use clear, concise language when sharing and avoid unnecessary storytelling.
- I acknowledge that all content provided for this challenge, including but not limited to voice notes, worksheets, and challenge materials, is the intellectual property of Caroline W. Gikonyo and New Dawn Transformative Coaching. This content is intended for my personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared with others in any form without prior written consent. If I know someone who would benefit from this program, I will refer them to sign up for the next challenge.
- There are no refunds for this program, as I will have access to the materials shared during the Challenge and can use them on my own in the future.
- I understand that Caroline Gikonyo is a Life and Business Coach and not a licensed medical professional, therapist, financial advisor, or legal counsel. The information and guidance provided in the 28 Days of Loving Yourself Challenge are for educational and inspirational purposes only and not a substitute for professional advice. I am solely responsible for my own physical, mental, and emotional well-being and for the decisions I make. If I require professional assistance, I will seek the services of a qualified professional.
If I am unable to honour any of these ground rules, I will contact Caroline Gikonyo as soon as possible to discuss.

This is the Agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written or oral representations.
