By clicking the Start button below, we'll guide you through entering your proposal and uploading images of your work.
Note that all proposals are due by 5/4/2026.
Make sure you have the following ready before starting:
- A overall statement about the works you are submitting
- A bio about you that includes your website, Instagram,etc
- At least 5 but no more than 10 images of your work, with the size, title, medium for each work. These must be JPG, PNG, PDF, TIF,GIf, or WORD files. Images should be a minimum of 2,000 pixels across and no more than 3,500 x 3,500 pixels.
- Please note: you must be a current member of the Art Center in order for your proposal to be considered by the Members Committee.

You may include additional artworks as part of your exhibition to best utilize the exhibition space available. Those additional works should be representative of the type of pieces that you submit with your proposal.
All eligible proposals will be reviewed by the Members Committee by the end of May and notifications of the Committee’s decision will be sent by early June 2026.
