At Beastro, we are dedicated to fostering community engagement and networking through dynamic events that empower small businesses and connect locals. Our vendor markets offer both indoor and outdoor spaces, welcoming the public. 

This is a general application for all events. Please review the information carefully and indicate which sections are relevant to you, double check all entries prior to submission. Thank you.

🎃 SPOOKFEST MARKET 3.0 🎃

Outdoor Halloween Community Market

 

📅 Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026

⏰ Time: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

📍 Location: Arbor Hose Fire Company – Piscataway, NJ

 

SpookFest Market 3.0 is a family-friendly Halloween community market bringing together local businesses, food, trick-or-treating, entertainment, children's activities, costumes, music, and more.

 

Submission of application does not guarantee acceptance. Approved vendors will receive confirmation via email. Once vendor spaces are filled, additional applicants may be placed on a waiting list.

 

To maintain a diverse shopping and community experience, vendor categories may be limited and duplicate vendors may not be accepted.

VENDOR FEES / INCLUSIONS / INFORMATION

VENDOR FEES:

- $50 – Craft / Retail / Service Vendors

- $80 – Food / Dessert / Beverage Vendors

- Entertainment / Activity Provider — Fee Varies

For mobile attractions, interactive experiences, performers, games, children’s activities and other entertainment providers. Participation fees and arrangements vary depending on setup and services offered.

INCLUSIONS:

- Vendors receive one (1) 10ft x 10ft outdoor space.

- Food Trucks, Food Trailers and Food Tents will be allocated space accordingly.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Vendors are responsible for their entire setup and breakdown.

- All vendors must supply their own equipment, including tents, weights, tables, chairs, tablecloths, extension cords, signage, and any other necessary materials.

- All vendors are responsible for cleaning their area prior to departure.

- Outdoor vendors requiring electricity must provide their own approved generator. *Please Note* - A Fire Permit with Piscataway Fire Bureau will be required for use of generator.

- Outdoor booth vendors must set up with a tent along with weights.

- No taping, tacking, pinning on walls of venue. No confetti, loose glitter on the floors outside.

ELECTRICITY NOTICE:

Electrical access is not provided for outdoor vendors.

Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own approved generator and obtain all required permits through the Township Fire Department.

 FOOD VENDORS:

- Must obtain a one-day health permit from the township’s clerk office.

- Fire permits are required for the following: cooking, sternos, open-flame cooking, deep fryers, and use of generators, require permits through the Township Fire Department.

- Food vendors are responsible for supplying their own heating equipment, extension cords, electrical adapters, and water access equipment if needed.

VENDOR PROMOTION:

Approved vendors may be highlighted on Beastro social media pages leading up to the event.

Vendors are encouraged to help promote and share the event with their audience.

🎃 SPOOKFEST MARKET 3.0 - TRICK-OR-TREAT VENDOR TRAIL

As part of our SpookFest community experience, participating craft, retail, and service vendors are encouraged to participate in our Trick-or-Treat Vendor Trail by providing individually wrapped candy or treats to children visiting their booth.

Treats may be provided while supplies last.

Vendors are also encouraged to decorate their booth for Halloween and join in the SpookFest spirit! Costumes are welcomed however not required.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

- Events will proceed rain or shine.

- In case of unforeseen severe circumstances beyond BEASTRO’s control, resulting in event cancellation, vendors will be contacted with options regarding transfers or rescheduling.

Vendor participation fees are non-refundable.

Attendance, foot traffic, and individual vendor sales are not guaranteed. Beastro Events is committed to promoting and creating a positive community event experience; however, weather, public attendance and purchasing decisions are outside of the organizer's control.

 

• Payment of total vendor fee is due within 72 hours upon receiving approval. Please ensure payment is submitted within time frame to retain vendor spot; failure to do so may result in your spot being offered to the next vendor on the waiting list. 
• Punctuality for set-up and break-down / clean and organized booth space.
• Beastro reserves the right to decline vendors or merchandise not aligned with the family-friendly atmosphere of the event.
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining any licenses, permits, insurance, and certifications required for operation.
• Beastro will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen, damaged goods or merchandise nor any injury incurred during the event.
