Organization Availability

If there are any months in 2027 that your organization will not be available on the 2nd Saturday (Except November, 1st Saturday) from 4:30pm until clean up is complete, please indicate which months. If your organization is selected to be a bingo beneficiary, we will be sure not to schedule you for a month in which you indicate you are not available.
Which months are you NOT available for Bingo? If you are available for all months, write "Available for any month."
