Officer Duties:

President, Vice President, Steward, Assistant Steward, Lady Assistant Steward, Gatekeeper, and Chaplain: all have speaking parts to memorize.

Lecturer: will need to choose the opening song.

Secretary: will need to be prepared to call the roll of Youth Officers.

Ceres, Assistant Steward, and Lady Assistant Steward: will need to know how to present the flag properly according to the Official Flag presentation Ceremony.

Assistant Steward: responsible for creating an opening drill limited to 6 minutes or less and must pick the song to perform it to.

Lady Assistant Steward: responsible for creating a retiring drill limited to 3 minutes or less and must pick the song to perform it to.
