CLASS: Wicked Production Number class

AGES: 9yrs-adult ( Students will be grouped into multiple groups by skill level. Adult class will meet at overlapping times with different workshop fee. Adult registration coming soon!)

SESSION: March 25, 2025-May 20, 2025*
* The Wicked Production Number class will perform in AWH's 13th annual spring showcase, " On Broadway" May 31st, 2025 7:30pm at the Mandell Theatre ( Orlando Shakespeare Theater)

WEEKLY CLASSES: Tuesdays 1:45-4:15pm 03/25/25-05/20/25
TECH/DRESS REHEARSAL: 05/28/25 at Orlando Shakepeare Theater
SHOWCASE: 05/31/25 at Orlando Shakepeare Theater

The production number will be comprised of a suite of songs from "Wicked" creating a mulitlayered, exciting and fun group number. Students will be grouped by skill level and will learn multiple pieces of choreography.

PRODUCTION NUMBER WORKSHOP FEE: $450 includes instruction and costumes. (AWH Dance Students in UNLIMITED DANCE program- Wicked workshop tuition is included in Unlimited program. $70 Wicked costume fee due with registration)

PAYABLE: $100 deposit due with registration. ( Deposit is non-refundable). Balance may either be paid in full with registration $335(includes $15 payment in full discount) or in 4 installments $87.50 each due #1 02/01/25, #2 03/01/25, #3 04/01/25, #4 05/01/25

STUDENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING: required dance footwear ( One of the following will be assigned depending on which portions of choreography student is assigned- suntan jazz shoes or black jazz shoes/sneakers or suntan pedini), base layer ( females- suntan base leotard. males- base layer under costume), and Revolution brand skintone tights ( that match performer's skin color- may be purchased from AWH $8.00)

REFUND POLICY: Deposit is non-refundable. Production Number Workshop Balance is refundable minus $25 service fee when written notification is received by 03/01/25. Refunds will not be made after 03/01/25.

Does your child receive the FES-UA or PEP Scholarship? If so, please provide your child's name as it appears on the scholarship. Thank you. ( You will upload the paid PayPal paid (pdf) to SUFS. The PayPal invoice will include all information SUFS needs. Please submit workshop under PE. )
PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP REQUEST The AWH scholarship program is intended for families who otherwise would not be able to afford tuition for a class or afford tuition for as many classes as a student is interested in. There is currently a limited amount of funding in the scholarship program. We will continue fundraising throughout the year. It is our passion to make the arts available to all and to help support a student's love of the arts! Please note- we will prioritize warding scholarships to families who do not also have the PEP or FES-UA scholarship. Below, please submit your request. We will do our best to help your student(s).
