As the "coachsultant" I provide professional consultation services, including advice, guidance, and recommendations, to the Client based on the expertise and knowledge in the relevant field. These services are solely for informational purposes and are not intended to guarantee any specific outcomes, including but not limited to revenue increase, client growth, or business expansion. As the Consultant I make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the effectiveness or profitability of any strategies, recommendations, or advice provided during the consultation. The consultation services are not a substitute for professional advice, such as legal, financial, or accounting advice. By engaging in the consultation services provided by the Consultant, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the consultation.
