BOOTH ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION (IF APPLICABLE): *

We will make sure activities are first come, first serve - so no duplicates!

Each vendor space is approximately 10’ x 10’. Vendors are responsible for bringing signage, canopy(ies), table(s)/chairs, and any additional equipment to best display your products and services. All vendors must carry their own insurance and provide TAILS with their Business License number before the event. Electricity will not be available. Canopies must be securred using weights. Livestock is not permitted (exceptions to approved petting zoo-style vendors).

INSURANCE AND LIABILITY: By attending the event as an exhibitor you agree that TAILS Foundation Inc. assumes no risk and by the acceptance of this agreement, by attending the event, all exhibitors expressly release the management of and from any and all liabilities for any damage, injury, or loss to any person or goods that may arise from the rental and occupations of space by Exhibitors, and agree to hold and save the management harmless of and from any loss or damage by reason thereof.

TAILS Foundation Inc. assumes no responsibility for any property placed in the exhibition facility. The management is hereby released and discharged of any and all liability from loss, injury, or damages to persons or property that may be sustained while at the TAILSPawlooza event.
