    I'd love to be able to share your lovely photos and encourage others to try a boudoir session with examples of my work. There are a lot of options for you to consider, and your privacy is always respected to the fullest.

  • I acknowledge that under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), the Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images taken during my session.


    By signing this release, I grant the Photographer an irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted license to use the images for:

    • Portfolio & Website (blogs, galleries, marketing)
    • Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, advertising)
    • Print & Digital Marketing (brochures, business cards, studio displays)
    • Exhibitions, Art Galleries & Vendor Collaborations
    • Industry Showcases, Publications, and Awards

    I understand that this permission cannot be revoked, edited, or restricted once this form is signed.

  • A. Model Release

    I hereby give to Jordan Oldbury, Oak and Grey the absolute and irrevocable right and permission with respect to the photographs that he/she has taken of myself in which he/she may be included with others:

    a) To copyright the same in the photographer’s name or any other name that he/she may select;

    b) To use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, and;

    I hereby release and discharge photographer from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy as long as they adhere to the guidelines set in place by me as referenced in the release selections I have chosen  

    I understand that Jordan Oldbury Oak and Grey may edit any images in the style she finds most fitting and I am not to alter, change, or edit in any way. Including, but not limited to, using filters or hand editing. I understand that the photographer may edit out minor blemishes, but is not responsible for altering client's appearance in a manor that would be considered drastic (changing hair color, removing tattoos, making client appear slimmer, etc.)

    I understand that wardrobe and hair choice is not up to photographer and unhappiness at the finished product based on hair or wardrobe will not be grounds for a refund or reshoot  

    B. Liability

    I release Oak and Grey, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability related to:

    Personal injury or discomfort before, during, or after the session.

    Property damage or loss at the shoot location.

    Unauthorized third-party use of images once published (e.g., screenshots, downloads).

    Emotional distress caused by the publication of the images.

    I understand that the Photographer takes all reasonable steps to protect my privacy and images. However, I waive the right to pursue any legal claims related to image use after this agreement is signed.

    C. Copyright & Penalty

    Jordan Oldbury of Oak and Grey retains all copyrights to all images created during client’s session. A print release will be given with digital files to print portraits for personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to copy, scan, download, print, share, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by Jordan Oldbury during client’s photo session. This applies to "sneak peek" images, images posted in an online proofing gallery, blog, Facebook, or hard copy images. If client steals images via any method listed above, or any other method, client will be invoiced for the cost of EACH digital image client has stolen, at photographer’s current price per digital file.

    D. Turnaround

    Editing and delivery of images can take up to two (2) to four (4) weeks.

    I agree that a $200 non refundable booking fee must be paid before a shoot time is confirmed. I understand that fee will not be returned in the event I am late or do not show.

    You will be getting the agreed upon number of high res images delivered via an online gallery along with a print release. You will then have thirty (30) days to download your images. In the event that you do not download your images within the thirty (30) days, a 25.00 fee will be charged to reupload your gallery, to be paid via Stripe or Bank Transfer before your gallery is reuploaded.

    I understand that image quality can not be guaranteed if I am late for my scheduled shoot time.

    E. Session Cancellation and Refund Policy

    I understand and agree to the following:

    • Session Fees & Deposits are Non-Refundable but can be transferred to another date with 10 days’ notice.

    •Late Arrivals: If I arrive more than 20 minutes late, my session may be shortened or cancelled.

    •No Shows: Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of my deposit.
