1. Banyule/Nillumbik residents/businesses will be given preference
2. Care will be taken to avoid having market stalls with competing products
3. Applications which are incomplete will not be processed. Please include a very detailed description of your products.
4. Stalls will have one carpark space to park their vehicles after unloading. 
5. Stallholders must not sell goods other than those described in this application.
6. Stallholders are required to supply their own marquees and tables
7. Stallholders must have public liability insurance and a current working with children's check if over 18 years old. 
8. If you don’t have insurance you can obtain it through a market insurer. Some we've used before are:  https://mymarketinsurance.com.au/

Application process

1. Applications must be submitted no later than 2-weeks before the market. 
2. Applications will be reviewed and if accepted you will receive an invoice for the stall fee. 
3. Stall fee will be required within a week of notification of success to your stall or your site will be reissued
4. Payment details will be issued with application approval 
5. Cost
   Business: $40
   Students (under 25 years old): $20
   Schools & Community Groups: $20
   Charities & non-for-profits: $15
   Precinct Partners: Free

Cancellation policy

1. Please give the Market Co-ordinator at least 24 hours notice of any intention to cancel a booking
2. Refunds may not be possible. Refunds are at the discretion of the Market Co-ordinator.
3. A cancellation Fee of $5 will be deducted from every refund paid.
