Commitment Statement

Personal Commitment  

• I will commit to regularly pray for my teammates, in-country mission site, and the children.
• I promise to demonstrate the attitude and behavior needed for the success of this mission and the people we are serving.
• I commit to raising or securing the amount required for the specific team with which I am serving by the deadlines as laid out for the team. 
• I understand that lack of funding  or not completing all the needed forms and background check by stated deadlines will cause me to be removed from the team. 
• I understand that all money donated by me or those I contact is fully released by me and others to be used by Campus Church as designated for the mission team or the mission site. 
• I will commit to participating in team meetings preparing for the mission trip.
• I agree to purchase the required airline tickets for this mission trip.
