IMPORTANT INFO:
1. Final Sale: Once a video is created, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Payment link will appear once you complete this online form.
2. Rejection: If your order is declined due to a violation of our beliefs, a full refund will be provided. We do not produce videos that conflict with our core beliefs, the Bible, or God's values and principles.
3. Order Review: All orders are carefully reviewed before production. We reserve the right to decline any request.
4. Usage: We kindly request that our videos not be used for commercial purposes, profit, or any inappropriate activities.
5. Video Length: Your video will be at least longer than 15 seconds
6. Turnaround Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery after payment is officially made. (Most videos are done within 3 days though)
7. Visuals: Visuals are not customizable. We will provide our own visual resources, script (based on your request), music, background, toys, etc..
8. Final and Non-Editable: Once the video is created, no edits or changes can be made. Please be as detailed as possible in the submission form.
9. Storage: Please download your video immediately as the content will be deleted within 90 days to provide storage space for future.
10. Impact: Let us know how your child(ren) enjoyed it! Please email us.
