Membership Rules
Purpose
This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behaviour expected of all members to ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment within the club.

1. General Conduct
1.1 Members shall act with integrity, respect, and professionalism when representing the club at events, meetings, and social gatherings.
1.2 Members shall prioritize safety at all times, adhering to all club policies, event rules, and regulations.
1.3 Members shall respect the decisions of event officials and governing bodies, even in cases of disagreement.

2. Respect and Inclusivity
2.1 Members shall treat fellow members, participants, spectators, and officials with dignity and respect, regardless of race, gender, age, religion, or ability.
2.2 Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

3. Safety and Compliance
3.1 Members must adhere to all safety guidelines and requirements set by the club, Motorsport Australia, or any relevant authority.
3.2 Members shall not engage in unsafe behaviour or practices that could endanger themselves, others, or property.

4. Representation
4.1 Members shall function as ambassadors for the club, promoting its values and fostering a positive reputation.

5. Communication and Feedback
5.1 Members are encouraged to raise concerns, offer suggestions, and provide constructive feedback to the club's committee or event organizers.
5.2 Conflicts should be addressed respectfully and through the proper channels.

6. Compliance with Rules and Regulations
6.1 Members must comply with the club’s constitution, bylaws, and event-specific rules.
6.2 Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary actions, including suspension or termination of membership, as determined by the club’s committee.
