    Floats are on the first come, First serve basis and are not ordered until payment is complete. Floats come with Driver, Standard Design and Chairs are limited. **Please Note AADP does not provide generators or chairs for all Floats. Organizations are responsible for generators, extra decorations and any chairs needed. If float is purchased with Sponsorship Package generator will be provided. Must be on location to set up float at 9am (people riding float can arrive by 11:00am). Please remember Parade will begin 12:00pm sharp.

  • Note: If music is desired, contingents are responsible for equipping floats with the necessary sound equipment, DJs or live music. Generators may be provided for Sponsors only. It is the contingent’s responsibility to rent or otherwise equip their float with generator.

    Floats are first come first served. Floats without deposit by May 15th 2025 will be canceled. Float orders will not be processed without payment in full. Floats must be paid in full one most prior to Parade to ensure float will be ready
