    Visit participating Downtown Asheville businesses between February 6 and February 16, 2025, and you could win big! Each weekend, one lucky participant will win over $500 in prizes including tickets to future Harrah’s Cherokee Center shows, local goods, and more. This program is supported by the Asheville Downtown Association in partnership with Connect Beyond Festival and Merchants of Downtown Asheville (MODA). This is a fun, interactive way to support our local economy while spotlighting the unique shops and businesses that make Asheville special.

  • "Billy Fans BINGO" Official Rules and Disclaimers

    Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Asheville Downtown Association, participating businesses, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited.

    Program Period: Bingo Cards must be submitted between February 6, and February 16, 2025. Winners will be drawn on February 10, 2025 and February 17, 2025.

    Prizes: One (1) winner will be randomly selected each week to receive the prize package for a total of two (2) weekly prizes will be awarded during the program.  Completing one row qualifies as one entry, and completing the entire card will qualify for two entries.

    Entry Requirements: Bingo Card entries must be submitted online through the official submission form or QR code provided at participating businesses. Bingo Cards must be legible and include the appropriate stamp for authentication that the rows are complete.

    Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM on the Sunday preceding each drawing. Winners will be notified by phone or email and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be drawn.

    Consent to Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow the Asheville Downtown Association and its partners to use their name, likeness, and submitted photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

    Liability Release: By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Asheville Downtown Association, MODA, Connect Beyond Festival, and all affiliated sponsors from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance of any prize.

    No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win: A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. To enter without making a purchase, mail a postcard with your name, phone number, and address to: Billy Strings Bingo, 29 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801. Mailed entries must be postmarked by February 14, 2025 to be considered.

    General Conditions:Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be disqualified. The Asheville Downtown Association reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
    All decisions regarding the program are final and binding in all respects.

    Privacy Notice: Information collected from participants will only be used for contest administration and prize notification purposes.
