Revolution Studio Essentials Fire Relief Application

In response to the recent wildfires in California, we are offering relief to affected dance studios. Please note that while we aim to provide support, we cannot guarantee specific items or amounts. Relief may come in the form of dancewear, costumes, tights, or shoes, and will be provided at our discretion.
Official Guidelines, Rules and Restrictions
- No purchase necessary.
- Studio must be located in an area designated as an emergency area of the California wildfires.
- One application per dance studio/program only.
- Must be an existing, operating dance studio or dance program. Proof of business is required upon request (Lease Agreement, Business License, Voided Business Check, Tax Certificate, or Insurance Policy).
- Studio or program must have students currently enrolled.
- Applications must be filled out completely and contain all requested information to be considered.
- Must provide an itemized list of costs on the application to show in detail how funds are to be used if awarded.
- Revolution may, at its discretion, require applicants to complete a brief interview.
- Recipient organizations may not have any political affiliation.
- Relief funds are awarded to fund tangible items or projects.
- Organizations with a policy or history of discrimination against any person or group based on sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other basis will not be considered for a grant.
- Recipients may be required to provide proof of use of funds (which may include, without limitation, receipts for items purchased and photos of completed projects).
- All applications are reviewed by the Committee. Our Committee is comprised of employees from Revolution Dancewear. This Committee is solely responsible for determining recipients and value based on impact, plan for use, and overall application.
- Applicants must review and agree to the Revolution Studio Essentials Fire Relief Fund Agreement.
