We have 1 year & 3 year terms to suit your business needs. Please see below for details & options. Signs can be purchased by the Advertising Donator at the end of their contract for 50% of the sign purchase price. Any changes to initial sign is payable by the advertiser.

DUNMORE EQUESTRIAN SOCIETY (DES) SIGNAGE CONTRACT

Please read in detail.
This agreement dated Date , is between Dunmore Equestrian Society ("DES"), in the Province of Alberta and blankknown as the ("CONTRIBUTOR") in CONSIDERATION of a monetary payment in the amount listed above.
“DES” and the “CONTRIBUTOR” hereto covenant and agreed together as follows:

1. “DES” shall provide a professionally designed Ad Board with content and appearance to be to the satisfaction of DES and Contributor

2. “DES” shall permit the said Ad Board to remain at the Dunmore Equestrian Centre for the said period, during which time the “DES” shall maintain the said Ad Board in a reasonable condition and shall refurbish the sign as they see fit during this period.

3. “DES” is not responsible for any upgrading of the Ad Board – i.e. Change of colours, slogans, etc. for the duration of the contract.

4. “DES” reserves the right to temporarily remove or cover the said Ad Board should a regional, zone, provincial, national or international event or activity take place in the facility at which a specific sponsor(s) must be solely advertised for the purpose of the event or activity. Signs may also be covered because of the nature of the event.

5. The “CONTRIBUTOR” relinquishes all rights to either full or partial refund once this agreement between “DES” and the “CONTRIBUTOR” has been signed.

6. Monetary payments are due and payable on the date of signing the contract. The year will commence upon placement of the Ad Board. Renewal shall be made one month prior to the expiration date of the previous contract. “DES”, in its sole discretion may remove any Ad Boards for which payments are not kept current.
