Please use this form to apply for a Food vendor spot at Remfest 2025.
Remfest 2025 Details:

Location: The Remfest Festival will operate between 29th and 27th street on Remington Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland on May 10th, 2025.

Festival Operating hours: 12pm-9pm,

Arrival Time: 8:30am- 10:30am

Fully Setup time: 11:30am.

Load in information: Food Vendors MUST Arrive prior to festival start time. No cars driving through festival site will be allowed for duration of festival.

Vendor Space: Food Vendors will be provided with a 10' x 10' space or equivalent. If your booth requires any larger than 10'x10' space, please note this in the Details section below. Remfest reserves the right to deny anyone a larger than 10'x10' space.

Remfest 2025 Food Vendor Fees

Food Vendor Fee: $200

Remfest reserves the right to deny any vendor acceptance to the Remfest 2025 festival for any reason. Vendor application fees are non-refundable. If selected to be a vendor for Remfest 2025 you will receive an email with your payment link to confirm your attendance. If you do not pay the confirmation fee you will not be confirmed for Remfest 2025.

RemFest DOES NOT provide the following:
- Booth Power
- Wifi
- Tent for booth
- Table for booth

Select Yes if: You agree to arrive no earlier than 8:00am and no later than 11:00am for setup.
Select Yes if you agree to be fully setup by 11:30am for a 12:00pm Start Time
Select Yes if: You agree to stay on-site and open to vend until breakdown at 9:00pm. (Weather permitting, as communicated by Festival Organizer)
Select Yes if: You Agree that if you will have an open flame you will ALSO bring a proper up to date fire extinguisher with a valid certificate. Fire Marshalls may be on-site to check for this.
Select Yes if: You understand the following: Remfest WILL NOT provide any tent, structure, power, nor any other booth related item.
Select Yes if: You agree that your booth will not exceed the 10' x 10' booth size (Or equivalent food truck).

If you will seek a 1-day permit: GRIA/Remfest MUST have this permit confirmation 14 days prior to festival.

Vendor will not be allowed to setup, and NO REFUNDS will be given if vendor does not provide permit to Remfest.
