🎨 PAINT: Wall paint is incredibly difficult to color match even for professionals; let alone tenants. Do you have leftover paint for every color of paint in the home? You may note colors here and leave samples in the home.
Please do not store paint in the garage as the cold weather will render the paint useless.

*It is common to keep the water service in your name and a duplicate bill mailed to our office, or added to your account as a secondary contact. We would then charge the tenant. We can also make arrangements to pay the bill on your behalf.

IDEAL RENT AMOUNT?

🐶 PET POLICY - We encourage our clients to allow at least 1 dog. If your insurance has breed restrictions, notate them below. A $500 pet deposit and $50 per pet added to monthly rent is recommended.*
If you do not want to allow a pet, it's important to understand:

1. More than 50% of prospective renters own a pet. Restricting a pet will generally take longer to find a qualified tenant.

2. Federal laws require landlords to allow any household animal classified as emotional support animals or service animals in the home. Mountain Heights Property Management complies with all Fair Housing laws and we will properly qualify any service/support animal. If qualified, we must allow the animal. Additionally, we are unable to charge additional deposit or rent fees.
