  • Further Together Hotel Information

The Further Together Conference will take place at the Westin Crystal City Reagan National Airport, 1800 Richmond Highway, Arlington, VA 22202.

To guarantee the special group rate of $275 per night, please book your reservations using the booking link or by calling the hotel at 703.486.1111. The group rate will be available until September 8, 2025 or until sold out.

Reservations may be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival, otherwise there will be a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes.

There is a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel to Reagan National Airport.

Why Book in our room block at the Hilton?

Booking your reservation outside of the hotel room block via Internet travel sites or “shopping” for lower rates at nearby hotels has a long-term negative impact on the Further Together Conference. Hotels place financial penalties on organizations for each room not used within their negotiated block of rooms thus making it harder for us to negotiate lower rates for our attendees in the future, which we are committed to doing. By filling the block of reduced rate rooms that we have negotiated, we are able to meet our contractual hotel obligations to avoid any financial penalties to the organization and we are able to use this history as a strong negotiation tool to keep our rates for attendees low year after year. We appreciate your support of Workforce Matters by booking hotel rooms within our official block.

With today’s technology, we want you to be aware of the following regarding hotel room bookings.

Third-party organizations posing as conference partners occasionally reach out to attendees regarding hotel room bookings and conference registrations. Please be cautious and only book your hotel room through the official links provided on this form or directly via the official conference website. All conference communications will feature Workforce Matters and/or Further Together branding.

If you receive any unsolicited emails or phone calls offering room reservations, please do not respond. These communications are not affiliated with the Further Together Conference or Workforce Matters. If you have any doubts or concerns, please contact us directly at workforcematters@thebalcomgroup.com.
