  • Student Registration and Details

  • Experience Requirements: The expectation for campers is that they know the beginning basics of at least one instrument. Campers will be in all stages of learning and there will be individual lessons based on your child's level as well as time spent learning to play and perform as a band. Your student's individual lessons will be the preferred instrument. If he/she would like to bring another instrument, there will be plenty of opportunity in the evenings to work on a different instrument.

Use the following guide to determine the level of proficiency:

Beginner: Camper knows proper form and can play 1-5 easy tunes
Intermediate: Camper can already play by ear and knows 6-20 songs
Advanced: Camper can learn new tunes easily by ear and has performance experience and would like to increase skills

Please indicate the skill level of any of the following instruments:

Bluegass Camps: Fiddle, Guitar, Mandolin, Bass, Banjo, Dobro
