2025 NACRW Abstract Submittal

Please submit your abstract for an oral or poster presentation below.
Follow the template guidelines below before creating and submitting your abstract.

Template Guidelines
- A word document upload is required to submit your abstract.
- Include complete PRESENTING author and co-author information
- Underline the presenting author
- Abstracts cannot be more than 300 words
- Abstracts containing graphs and charts will not be accepted
- Do not include references, credits or grant support
- Do not include keywords
- Abstracts dealing with commercial products or services must have a scientific emphasis and should not be submitted for promotion purposes
- All abstracts must use correct grammar and punctuation
- Abstracts WILL BE published exactly as submitted, so proofread carefully for formatting, spelling and grammar
Due to limited space for posters, submitters are limited to one per person, and no more than two per company

Please note that by submitting an abstract, you agree that if it is accepted for presentation, a pdf of your presentation will be posted on the conference website, unless you email teri@nacrw.org and ask that it be excluded from posting.

Furthermore, all expenses are the responsibility of the speaker, including travel, lodging, and conference registration fees, unless prior arrangements have been made with the 2025 NACRW Planning Committee Co-Chairs.
